The environmental crisis has been considered as ‘the greatest moral challenge of our time’ and the Australian Church has great capacity to respond and act to protect our Common Home, to achieve a global ecological conversion, to heal damage done and build harmony between our Creator, humanity and creation (LS66).
Catholic Mission in collaboration with the Catholic Diocese of
Maitland-Newcastle invites you to a dialogue on how to incorporate
Pope Francis’ vision and challenge into our everyday life.
This colloquium will assist participants to explore this vision, offering
inspiration and practical ideas for caring for our Common Home – in our lives,
at work, in our parishes and our communities.
